About NDSS

The NDSS is recognized as one of the top four premier internet security conferences in the world. The others are the ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security, the IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy, and the USENIX Security Symposium. The acceptance rate of NDSS during the last decade was roughly 17 percent.

These security conferences, together with Financial Cryptography and Data Security (FC), are considered the most influential conferences in blockchain.

NDSS aims to foster information exchange among researchers and practitioners in the field of network and distributed system security. The target audience includes those interested in practical aspects of network and distributed system security, with a focus on actual system design and implementation. A major goal is to encourage and enable the Internet community to apply, deploy, and advance the state of available security technologies.

In order to maximize the exchange of information and ideas, the number of participants in the seminar is strictly limited. Participants are generally university researchers and educators, chief technology and privacy officers, security analysts and system administrators, as well as business and security managers.
